As Counsel, Jorge assists with the implementation and oversight of legal and compliance matters in the firm. Before joining CBAM, Jorge was a Legal Associate at Guggenheim Partners where he worked on the credit transactions team. Jorge received a B.S. from Florida International University and a J.D. from Villanova University Law School.
