Cédric joined CBAM Europe in 2020 after 3 years at KPMG Paris where he was a Senior Associate in the Transaction Services practice. While at KPMG, Cédric was involved in financial due diligences for M&A deals, primarily covering business services, retail, and industrial companies. Previously, Cédric interned in various well-regarded financial institutions, including LFPI, the former private equity arm of Lazard, as a Private Debt Analyst; HSBC in their M&A team; and KPMG as part of their Restructuring practice. Cédric graduated with a “Grande Ecole” Master’s degree from Neoma Business School and passed the first two levels of the CFA designation.
